Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, shred the imitation crab and mix with cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, and sriracha until smooth.
  3. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and fold in rice vinegar once warm.
  4. Press sushi rice evenly in the greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle half of the furikake seasoning over the rice base.
  6. Spread the crab mixture evenly over the rice layer.
  7. Top with remaining furikake and drizzle with additional Kewpie mayo and sriracha.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve warm alongside nori sheets.
