  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh lemon preferred

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by opening your can of tuna and draining it thoroughly. Flake the drained tuna in a medium bowl.
  2. Add cracker crumbs, egg, chopped celery, and mayonnaise to the bowl. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties about ¾ inch thick.
  4. Heat a lightly greased frying pan over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place the patties into the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill for the Dill Mayo Sauce.
